The why
Activists around the world are tirelessly pushing up against unjust laws and corrupt leadership, often at the expense of their own physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Activists lack a sanctuary to renew, a respite from the “fight” and the space to do the essential inner work in order to sustain on the path of being agents of change. We are in a unique moment where the rights of women and other marginalised populations are being systematically dismantled. Activists have played a critical role in history, from Rosa Parks to Susan B. Anthony, to fight for a more just and inclusive world for all. And they have a critical role to play today.

“I’ve experienced, first-hand, the depletion that comes from constantly fighting against an oppressive status quo. It’s exhausting, isolating and requires more than any one human has to give. I created Inner Activism out of a longing for renewal myself, and found many other colleagues and activists wanted to share their practices, tools and tips for how to sustain on this path. Ultimately, (r)evolution is a sanctuary for young activists to develop inner peace and resilience, in community, so that we are ready to take on the fight, together”.

About
Inner Activism
Inner Activism (IA) is a global community of renewal for activists. It’s based on the foundational belief that if young activists can find peace and groundedness within themselves, they are more powerful and impactful in their activism. IA provides online and in-person tools, practices and programs for young activists to do the essential inner work to become more conscious agents of change. IA’s approach is founded on a radical bridging of the ancient and the modern, merging the world's of ancestral and indigenous wisdom with practices backed by cutting-edge science.
Our Method

A group of 10 activists will be selected to participate in a
3-month virtual program that will culminate in an in-person gathering. The cohort-based program will include 8 core modules that will cover tangible practices and tools to embark on a journey of self-exploration to build inner resilience.
(r)evolution takes a multidisciplinary approach that includes movement and mindfulness practices, energy work, self-inquiry, connection with nature and the latest science in nutrition, sleep and physiological renewal. Upon completion of the program, you will be part of the life-long Inner Activism community of peers and have access to workshops, mentorship and exclusive
in-person events.
